It is estimated that in 2020, 617 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer, and, 228 Canadians will die from cancer every day.
During these demanding times, the cancer community is especially vulnerable. Cancer patients are largely an elderly population, immuno-suppressed due to chemotherapy, are experiencing significant treatment delays and a lack of access to physicians.
The need to support basic science and clinical research programs of our leading medical institutions both in Montreal and Israel, is greater than ever.”

is a man for all seasons and has been a fixture of Quebec Entertainment for 30 years. Award winning concert pianist, astonishing entertainer, talk show host, actor, singer/song writer, producer and teacher, Gregory’s projects have reached all continents.
Millions of people have seen his brand of interactive musical shows and hundreds of thousands watch his youth oriented television productions. In recent years, Gregory has developed a revolutionary online music teaching tutorial and thousands of music enthusiasts have found in Gregory’s Academy a way to better understand the language and magic of music.
An officer of the Order of Canada, Gregory Charles is not slowing down and manages to balance fatherhood with the pursuit of excellence in teaching and in entertainment.

MEET ICRF SCIENCE
On January 28th, 2020 the Scientific Advisory Board Meeting gathered leading oncologists, surgeons and scientists to discuss ongoing and new projects. The ICRF funded fellows presented bi-annual progress reports with funding approved for ongoing local cancer research in gynecological cancers, Upper GI and Thoracic Cancers, bone cancer and soft tissue sarcomas. ICRF Montreal presently funds six fellows locally in Montreal and three fellows in Israel (conducting research in melanoma, immunotherapy and ovarian cancer).
