I call myself an evolutionary entrepreneur, one who follows the integrity of her heart in service to the whole of the planet. One of the things I've learned over various entrepreneurships within the last 20 years has been to trust my instincts. Which is hard. Amidst the challenging pressures of workflow, I try to remain centred and anchored in the mission of the project. Stay the course of what is true to your heart, but be willing to shift, adapt, and let it go, all at the same time. Be willing to fail, be willing to question everything, but always ask yourself: "Why am I really doing this? To what purpose does this contribute to the whole?" BE REALLY HONEST with yourself. Ask these questions daily, and let your business be like child, ever-growing, and not always perfect. Because in the imperfections, nature finds a way to evolve and flourish.
Love your body, Move your body & enjoy the process... It never gets easier but you do get stronger.
Surround yourself with people who are positive and lift you up, and your challenges will transform into exciting
opportunities to learn, grow, and laugh.

Stop paddling upstream! So often what seems insurmountable is simply life’s way of guiding you in a different direction, or an opportunity to grow and learn. When you stop seeing obstacles and instead see opportunities, your whole world shifts and you can relax and flow with the current of life.
There is no such thing as failure. Ever y experience provides learning. If one door closes, another one opens. Do not let ego impact decisions. Be open to feedback. Rolling up your sleeves. Not being afraid to get your hands dirty and leading by example are keys to success. Be positive and persevere, tap into your creative side, keep things simple and surround yourself with people that uplift you.
Focus on what you are dreaming and envisioning. It is so tempting to disperse your energy worrying about what thecompetition is doing. Master a few things and let other experts do the rest! Peace in ripples out.
I have 3 tips for aspiring female entrepreneurs.First, don’t be afraid to fail! Failure is an inevitable part of success. Just learn from your mistakes.Secondly, do something you’re passionate about! Being an entrepreneur is hard work and requires perseverance, focus and resilience. Love what you do sso you enjoy the journey. Finally, trust your instincts!

Never before has there been so much attention focused on Alzheimers disease, including the unfortunate reality of early onset, afflicting people who are 55 and over. According to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, there are over half a million Canadians who are currently living with dementia and 25,000 new cases being diagnosed every year. A tremendous amount of attention has been placed on the roles and responsibilities of the caregivers and the challenges that they face while caring for a loved one as this disease results in o ne of the highest levels of caregiver burnout as compared to other illnesses. In order to ensure the best quality of care and safety of a loved one who has dementia as well as that of the family caregiver, it is extremely important to become as educated as possible about the disease, understand how to plan for the future, and to seek support services from the very beginning.

Success is directly linked to ones happiness and self fulfillment. Surrounding oneself with good energy and love and support from friends and family gives us the tools to be our best self and leads to direct success. Feeling confident and taking a few risks also helps. Even through my mistakes - I have learned, felt empowered and moved on. I love to work hard and enjoy life to it's fullest.
